This Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) and RN Printing (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing and using our website to place an order online, in person, or through any other communication method, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. We recommend reviewing this page regularly for any changes.

4. Customer Obligations

You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are responsible for any damages or losses we incur due to your poorly prepared data. You agree to indemnify us from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your unauthorized use of material obtained from the internet.

5. Price, Payment Methods, and Deposits

Prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED). We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery (COD). For orders exceeding AED 150, a 50% upfront payment or full payment is required. COD is only available for orders under AED 150. Proof of payment is required before proceeding with printing. Banks may take up to two business days to process transactions. You are responsible for ensuring accurate information and sufficient funds for your order. A bounced deposit cheque will incur a AED 200 penalty.

6. Value Added Tax (VAT)

VAT applies to all orders placed from January 1st, 2018, onwards. A 5% VAT will be added to your shopping cart during checkout.

7. Registration and Procedures

You must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information when registering. We will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete contact information. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. We may delay processing your order if the data is not print-ready. We will send relevant notifications about our services and products to your registered email address.

8. Intellectual Property

We own the copyright and all other intellectual property rights to the content on our website. You may not violate our intellectual property rights or infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations before production incur a cancellation fee of 15% of the order value or AED 250 (whichever is higher), plus design costs and any material costs. Changes to quantity will require a cost revision. Credit card refunds may not be the full amount due to processing fees. Refunds may take up to 45 days to process. You can cancel your order within 2 hours (cancellation fee applies). Orders in production will incur a 100% cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel orders for non-payment or bankruptcy. Refunds will be made through the original payment method.

10. Customer Access Restrictions

By using our website, you agree to the following restrictions: You will not use our website in a way that violates the law or these terms. You will not harm or disrupt our website or servers. You will not interfere with other users or our operations. You will not use unauthorized tools to access our services. You will not use our logos or graphics without our written consent.

11. Storage File Responsibilities

You retain ownership of the files you submit to us. We do not store your print data for extended periods. We are not responsible for the loss, corruption, or backup of your files.

12. Delivery Issues

We hold undelivered orders for 30 days. Unclaimed orders after 30 days will be discarded. We are not responsible for discarding unclaimed orders. Customers are responsible for coordinating delivery attempts.

13. Exchange or Return of Goods

You must contact us within 7 business days of delivery if you are unsatisfied with your order. We reserve the right to retain materials used to produce your order. We are not responsible for damages occurring after delivery. We recommend checking your order with our design department before submitting it.
